Pretty straight forward problem with a lot of solutions. Basically, your elbow in front of your hands is caused by your elbow and your hips firing at the same time. It's hips, then shoulders, then arms, and finally hands.

Are your knocking knuckles aligned? (that's what caused my back elbow to come in towards my hands) Align your knocking knuckles between your big knuckles and your bottom hand knocking knuckles.
