Re: Back elbow ahead of hands in high school

I would work on trying to get that lead arm more involved. The problem might not be the back elbow but that you're not using your lead arm like you should be.

I have and am considering using a "rubber band" tied to a fence to get my sons to strengthen their lead arm motion with the elbow up, pointed out toward the pitcher like good rotational hitters do.
