My coach has told me a couple of times to swing straight to the ball or down, and I have just told him "ok I'll try". How I tell my coach he is wrong and has taught all of his player an unsuccesful mechanic?

Ya man I am in your exact same position. My highschool coach wants me to throw my hands straight to the ball. Of course, he doesnt follow his own advice and when I see him take a couple swings it definitly does not look like what he himself teaches. I would politely agree with what he says and say your going to work on it...and then dont. Stick with the mechanics on this website, and just play stupid and act like your trying your best his way...lol. It seems to work for me. The funny thing is once you start improving he will probably credit himself.
