Since the rotational swing relies on different muscle groups to power the swing that does the linear swing, are there any good strength and conditioning programs geared toward the rotational swing?
Overall strength using heavy weights and a good flexibility program well help for all things,you can use the bag drill with over/under training to enhance batspeed.
