Pop ups and fouls

I am a 15 year old high school baseball player, and for the past year I have been hitting too many infield pop ups and fouls straight back. Normally in one at bat I hit 2-3 fouls straight back over the backstop. I am not late on the ball and my timing is pretty good. In soft toss I tend to hit many more line drives. What could my problem be? Any help would be appreciated.
