Yes. It was on 11-09-02. It's still there and is the most recent post he has made. He doesn't make too many posts and I hope people will read it & make comments.

He seems to be saying that if full XT is accomplished the "right" way that full XT is more desirable than non- full XT. He says the "wrong" way is by letting the hands go after the ball. As far as I could understand the post, he didn't specify HOW to achieve full XT the "right" way. He used Griffey as an example of the "right" way, and it SEEMS like he is saying the "right" way is a golf-like swing, but I'm not too sure.
