Hitting with power

My son is on an 11U All Star team and is a good batter, high BA and OB%. He rarely strikes out and will either put the ball in play or get a walk. The problem is he doesn't seem to be able to really drive the ball. He usually hits grounders that find a hole or a blooper right over the infielders heads. Is this flat bat? Any suggestions on how to get him hitting with power.
