My major problem with Yeager is that he is a huge believer in back hip push. Rear hip PULL is the MLB pattern. Try it out. Push with your back hip. Then, naturally rotate your hips and see how you pull your rear hip. Much more natural, and IMO, much more powerful. Every competent hitter (I'm talking MiLB, and D-1 college, pulls with his rear hip)
