ok i have looked through this site millions of times and i keep reading about the circular hand path. what exactly does it mean to have a circualr hand path, like what happens??? i understand the torque theory i just never understood the circular hand path.

steve the hands are connected to the body in a way that they follow the circle created by the shoulders.
