digging in

Posted by: RQL () on Thu Aug 30 05:20:46 2007

Just a thought I had, many hitters go the plate and dig in with their back foot, but in the swing there is not so much of a push off the back foot as it is riding the inside of rear thigh ,the big push leg is the lead leg as it is stopping the forward weight movement as the body rotates but I never see the digging of the front foot spot where it will land after the stride.
