The back forearm

Posted by: Jerry 220 hitter () on Mon May 2 20:48:07 2011

Hi Jack> The questions asked from Mickey, and your answer regarding the back elbow, were very imtresting.Would the description the back forearm, has to keep rotating, as the back elbow, loweres be correct? To me it feels as if the back forearm, is not rotated, the back elbow can run under the lead arm pit .I also feel that working with the Path Finder helps to( 1 )teach rotate the rear forearm , And without the rear forearm rotating Circular Hand Path will be diffcult to attain.(2) it also teaches a tight V with the rear arm.Any imput about if rotating the back forearm is correct or is it like you said trying to hold the rear forearm back thats correct? any imput into to this will be greatly appraciated.
