Ok,, So what's the best drill to get the girls to feel: a)The proper swing. b)The proper swing plane. ?? Our hitting coach teaches inside out and a downward pull at the ball and snap but I don't see the swing plane staying in line with the ball path for any amount of time that would constitute a "desired swing plane". Help a brother out...
