It appears your son has good size and coordination for his age.
As hitman stated he is swinging with his lands and arms(linear style). There is no connection to his body. There is no torque with his left and right shoulders. He wasting all his power. His hands are way ahead of his right elbow and body at impact.

Have him swing into an old tire or better yet a heavy bag. Put a small towel under his right and left arm pits. Have him swing into the bag attempting to keep the towels in place under the arms. To achieve this, he will have to get close to the bag. Once he has the hang of using the big muscles only then go to live pitching. It may take several days or weeks to make it a habit. Regardless continue to do the drill with the bag to prevent old habits from creeping in.
Use your video camera to check even while hitting into the bag. Before long you will have a little power hitter who kills insiide pitches.
