I have to say that your information posted under Mechanics that produce batspeed...the part about great hitter and average hitters......producing torque from start to finish, with forces being applied in opposite directions. It has helped me alot. But one important thing....I have found that if those forces are applied in the wrong fashion that it leads to a long arcing swing. not a short compact one. And I think that there must be a relationship between the forces inparted by the hands and the forces generated toward the specific point of contact via the kinetic chain (rotation etc.) BUt anyhow....What you have taught has been a breakthrough in my swing and of very mych importance to me.
