grip & hand position for THQ

Posted by: Jim () on Tue Oct 22 12:27:21 2002

I just got the tape. Everything seems to make sense. Except for the top hand torque. Is there a special grip for this move? Is the angle of the arms 180degrees straight thru the bat? I hold it more like a Ted Williams, a 90 degree angle left arm across my chest the right elbow pointing back. Should I still pull the top hand back or push it toward the catcher. This seems as though I am still applying torque in 2 opposite directions. Or do I pull it toward the back hand to lay it flat?
