soft ballplayers swings

I just recently NOTICED that more slow pitch soft ball players take more of a rotational swing
Then most amature baseball players DO .THEY seem to hide their hands better AND them KEEP THEM back . THEY ALSO KEEP THE front shoulder closed till foot plant AND take a CHP TO THE BALL.
HAS ANY ONE ELESE NOTICED THE SAME THING?I GUESS ITS THE FACT THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO RUSH OR THINK THEY HAVE TO RUSH TO HIT THE BALL?
