I'm not disputing that.(Williams over Gwynn) But ted being the best hitter ever is debatable. Ever heard of a guy named george ruth? I'm the biggest ted williams fan alive. But i also look at numbers too. Here are some for you: runs: 2174 hits: 2873 hrs: 714 avg: 342 obp: 474 slg: 690 ops: 1.164. by comparison runs: 1798 hits: 2654 hrs; 521 avg: 344 obp: 482 slg: 634 ops: 1.116. Very debatable between these too. (best. hitter. ever.)
