Lead Arm At Contact

Gettin the feel for the top hand being pulled back to the catcher at contact isnt mentioned much but I think its important IT can help the lead knee extend and the rear shoulder rotate back to the catcher at contact.often the difference between ground ball outs in infield or line drives to the outfield
