assuming you are looking out and preparing to adjust up/down on the fly, you probably will be able to catch up to the high heater more easily than when you are looking in.
Still make sure to keep the back shoulder up as you load longer to set the longer swing radius.
If you see low/away/offspeed/dropping location coming, there is more shoulder tilt as you let the back shoulder drop which keeps you leaned back more and swing up more. You get a deep sit which you need to have the legs drive the low ball swing.
If you see high outside heater, you keep back shoulder up and lift front arm and shoulder which interrupts sit and gets you more upright with more level swing as weight/axis goes forward more. You get plenty of load because you have stretched the torso more up and you don't need so much sit/leg drive to power the swing. The high ball "elevates itself" when you match the plane this way.
