Pressure of reaching milestones All. This baseball season I noticed in particular that A-Rod and Bonds went into slumps in reaching their milestone homeruns. As such did anyone notice a significant difference in their mechanics, stance, and or swing plane? I noticed that Bonds appeared to be more eager in his pursuit which resulted in him jumping at the ball on occasion.
