I'm beginning to work with a 4 yr. old and am interested in buying a training tool Ive seen advertised. It resembles a tetherball, it has 2 ropes connectedto the ball, it attaches to a pole and the baseball rebounds with every hit. If anyone knows where I can find it I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks

Your "training" your 4 year old boy? Why? It's a game. If it's not fun the kid will never take it seriously. It won't be fun if you start hovering over him like you are "training" a future big leaguer. I will guarantee that by the time he is ten he will hate the game. Leave him alone. Let him play. Plus, he did doesn't have the coordination or the attention span to be "trained."

Let him play with his friends. Do not try to "train" him, he won't do it right and you will be correcting him all the time, taking the fun out of the game. Let him play with kids around his own age. He won't be able to be "trained" until is 8 probably 10 and probably not by you. Your too "dedicated."

Baseball is the greatest game in the world. Don't wreck it for the kid. After all, it is about the kid.......or is it?
