I'm into tennis and golf. I am quite fit and lean in the arms,
shoulder and legs. However, I'm having a hard time geeting rid of fat deposits in the stomach, chest and butt areas. Anything I could try improve is these areas.
Fyi, I'm 40, and around 5'7"
