Hi all:

We plan to use on screen diagrams to show the movements of the swing, which should be helpful, as well as frame by frame video. We've only got about one hour, but we'll do our best to respond to the feedback that we've received since the last video and provide you with an instructive, comprehensive, and high quality training video. The video will also be professionally created this time and available on DVD. A field training manual will also be included. We hope that we meet/exceed most of your expections.

I would think that MLB would have a different policy for broadcasting entire games (big money) vs. taking short clips of a player for news or instructional purposes ( free promotion for them would be my argument

Hey, I like that :)
Actually its not a bad tactic. Tell MLB that since they have the best, we want to use the best to show everyone else how to do it.
Could negotiate to we won't charge you if you don't charge us!!!!
