I want to point out something about "experts." The focus on developing kids to get scholarships or into the pros has made what once was a game into a business. So people are very willing to spend money to give their kids an edge on the field.

you are very cynical. There are conmen and there are sincere dedicated coaches. Sometimes its hard to tell the difference at first. I agree, you need to educate yourself and compare what is being taught with what is being done at the highest levels.
But IMO not everyone is out to screw people over.
Not sure why you posted what you said though. Is there a point?
