head down on ball!!
I have noticed when I really keep my head in there as long as possible not only do I make more consistent contact but it seems as though I really hit the ball harder. Could this be due to the fact that your hips will fly out if your head flys out?? Could it be that when my head is on the ball at contact and it stays on the ball instead of flying out the same thing happens to my hips. It seems like the hips stay on the ball and explode at the right time instead of firing open prematurely. Any thoughts??
