Has anyone on this board examined Reggie Jacksons baseball swing mechanics? What do you think? Are they scientifically sound?

Hey
I only have one clip of him it was his 3rd homerun of the game in the world series to dead center,Its only a fron't view, but I can clearly see top hand torque. I think he strided a bit too far and put too much weight on his front leg but thats what Lau was teaching I think it led to an increase in strikeouts, but then it could also be that he swung violoently on every pitch regardless of the count.
