hi jack,my problem i have seen at times is with my lower half getting to far ahead of the hands..i feel like my hips are flying open. any drills on correcting this problem...this could now be the reason i have become a pull hitter...ifinished the season with a .443 avg.i feel i can do alot better..

To Whom Ever,

Why don't you people put your name at the end of the posts so people can address their comments to you.

If your hips are not turning in a wild and uncontrolled way the problem is that your hands are too slow and you are losing power.

If you force your upper body, shoulders, arms and hand into the swing to keep up with your hips you have a very powerful swing-- if its under control and you are getting the bat on the ball.
