Why is the first thing moving foward a relevant question? I think you are trying to avoid the real question. If you have ever swung a bat you will know that a back elbow down at launch cannot result in any good batspeed numbers unless you create some tht and you can bench 800 lbs. I have seen extremely linear hitters hit the ball somewhat far but they could never figure out why they couldnt hit it farther than the one or two best hitters on the team. I weigh 145 lbs and I hit the ball the farthest on my team with 5 almost bodybuilders that weigh like 190.
