True or False?

True or false?
1) Top hand torque creates a long, loopy swing.
2) Top hand torque causes the back shoulder to drop, creating pop ups and fly outs.

I basically agree with everything said on this site, like using the large muscles to generate bat speed, allowing your body, not your hands, to make the first move, etc etc etc.
I'm just not sure about teaching young hitters to pull back on the bat with their top hand. I've found that this creates a long, loopy swing designed to hit home runs.
