> My 12 yo daughter is in a bit of a slump. She's still hitting the ball but not as well as she had been. From April thru early June she was a 750+ hitter with at least one extra base hit per game and no K's. In early June she broke a bone in her foot and couldn't get back in the game till mid July. When she came back, her first practices and games indicated she was picking up right where she left off.

One of her new coaches said he doesn't know what's up. He knows she can hit with power to all fields, but he's not seeing it in games. Since then, she's not even hitting well in BP .

Hmm...well you might not have enough time left in this season too get her back to original power or anything. Go to the cages and work out any kinks in the swing. I would rather make contact then strike out. Good Luck!
