On Gameday what do you do before the game. Just say you have 8 hours from the time you get up. Recently I have been hitting for maybe 2-3 hours before games and people have been telling me that I am not playing as good. Do you think that the extra hitting is causing me to lose batspeed in the game. Do any of you lift weights on days of games or days before games?
