Do you think that being "relaxed" and having a "tension-free" swing is THE most important rotational swing principle???

> No, you can suck and still be relaxed. The key is having a tight connection between your hips and shoulders which allows the hips, torso, to pull the shoulders through the zone, and also being balanced after you stride, rotating around a stationary axis, and the front leg firming up at contact.

But can you be a great hitter without having a loose grip and a tension-free swing?

THAT is the question.
