I HAVE A 14 YR OLD DAUGHTER WHO'S COACH RUNS A HITTING DRILL BY THROWING 30 BALLS UP ONE AFTER ANOTHER AS FAST AS HE CAN, HAVING THEM HIT THEM AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS IS GOING TO HELP?

I do not think the drill will build a powerful swing. I do believe it can help build timing, quickness, reaction time, coordination in a young baseball or tennis player. Andre Agassi was trined in a a similar fashion using rapid fire from ball machines. He has the best tennis serve return in the game.
