That likely depends on the hitter. But it is more likely that the baseball swing will make it more difficult to be great at golf. (Keep in mind the the willingness and effort of a person to improve/get correct, can overcome many a bat start.)

But playing golf might give a baseball player an edge at hitting the low pitch due to the must of keeping the head down when playing golf.
