Re: stress on the BP pitchers

I have to laugh a bit at this comment. We decided to give our kids 100% live BP during our last tournament. With two of us pitching, it definitely helped. However, I pitched something like 250+ balls every other day for 10 days (at about 50-60 mph at about 50'). By the sixth day or so, I was icing my arm, elbow, shoulder ... and my arm was a limp noodle.

It's still recovering (but I'll never play tennis again). Yeah, we need PITCHING MACHINES (or a better 'BP Pitching Coach" labor Union).
