Jack,
I came across your site a month ago, and like most newcomers I am blown away by the information on here. It appears that much is discussed about the pitch inside and outside, while I've yet to come across discussion about the pitch up and down.
I would assume that the mechanical principles to initiate torque would not change in the slightest as they do with relation to inside (less tht) and outside (more tht) pitches. The only difference seems to be the angle of the bathead going through the zone. Am I correct in saying this and is the only adjustment made to create the proper bathead angle controlled by the path the shoulders take when rotating (shoulder more on a level plane with high pitches, while lead shoulder well above back shoulder on a low pitch)?
