What is the best way/drill etc. to improve the distance you can hit a ball?

Jeff,

I don't mean to be unkind, but there is loads of information on this site (and others) on "rotational" hitting mechanics. That's what it's all about. Improved power and consistency at the plate through improved mechanics. There are a couple of hundred posts on the subject. Do you read any of them?

Let me put this another way. Here's a list of your previous questions. You responded to none of them. Are you playing some sort of game here?

5/11/02: Switch hitting: What is the best way to become a switch-hitter after being a right handed hitter?

5/11/02: What is the best/easiet (if any) way to get comfortable on a new field in a new league even though you know some of the people?

5/10/02: what is the mind set suppose to be when you are taking bp on non-gamedays and gamedays?

Lots of folks are willing to offer their opinions. We help others, and learn a lot doing so. However, you ought to do some reading yourself first, partner.

Check out this site, SETPRO, and www.mikeepsteinhitting.com..

Regards.. Scott B.
