Received the teaching tapes have watched it twice and boy am i impressed. The thing our girls love the most is hitting into the bag because if done the right way, and you release the bathead you feel no jar in the arms and it makes a pop like a shotgun going off. I would say a good 80% of the team can produce 6 out of 10 swings releasing the energy to the bat and hearing the "shotgun" as i like to call it.My question is, what is the best way to get the hands perpindicular with the pitch as jack describes in the video. and at contact should the palm of the top hand be up, down, or facing the ball

Video of major leaguers that I have show that the palm of the top hand tens to be up at contact. The top hand arm is in an "L" position.
