Wow....that's all I can say. I stared at the information on this website for three days, still confused about rotational mechanics, especially with the hands. As I began to stare at the picture under BatSpeed Research, it finally hit me what is meant by "torque" and rotational axis. I took Advanced Physics I and II in high school, so I am very familiar with torque, however, I never applied it to my swing. I was always taught to transfer my weight forward and expend the energy in both hands towards the pitcher. It is amazing the how much more information I have learned in three days than I have been taught during my lifetime. I would like to thank Jack personally for putting together such an informative website. I would also like to ask if there are any drills (besides studying tape of my swing) that would improve my mechanics. I videotaped my swing for a couple hours the past couple days, and I have been studying it closely, and I still have some flaws. Any suggestions on drills that would improve my mechanics? Thanks again for all the help thus far.

Thomas
