>>> Any one have suggestions on rigging up a stand for the heavy bag. Bungies attached to the metal rings then around the outdoor tool shed do not work that well. <<<

Hi Lance

We just sent a reply to an e-mail regarding the bag and our recommendation for a stand. I will place our reply below. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.

Thank you for your interest in BatSpeed.com and the Heavy Bag. Below is the instruction hand out that is shipped with the Bag.
Product Instruction / Information Sheet for Heavy Bag:

Heavy Practice Bag:
The bag can be stuffed with old clothes or bark, sand might be too heavy to hang.
· Note: The Practice Bag should be packed tight to be more effective; the bag will have to be refilled from time to time to maintain the necessary effectiveness.

In The Final Arc 2 Promo and video (* separate order) you will see Jack is using a stand that BatSpeed.com built to rest the Practice Bag on during ball practice. If you want to look at the Rotational Bat Trainer (The Pathfinder) Promo (link below), you will see that Jack used a Dolly and a strap to hold the Bag in place for the filming of The Pathfinder Training DVD. He did this to let everyone see there are different options for handling the Practice Bag. With a Dolly you can easily roll it in and out of the basement or garage to protect it from the weather as well as taking it to the ball field for ball practice. With the many options offered, Jack feels the Dolly is the easiest way to go. You might have ideas of your own, and you might also get suggestions by going to the Discussion Board.

Additional information is provided on the enclosed printout from the Web Site.
