Thomas,
Once you practice the drills I would strongly adise that you videotape yourself doing the swing bag drills and live hitting.
Even better is import the video into a computer and use software like Swinger, computer coach etc. to dissect your swing and compare side by side to major league swings. I currently use Bonds as my "gold" standard.
