systems in isolation (either all arms and no hips, or all hips and no arms"......i agree with this statement except the problem is, it's difficult to do a measurement of arms-only since you have to get the hips "out of the way" in order to perform the experiment.....

"then this is consistently the difference between a home-run and flyout, so you should immediately consider lower body contribution".........this is quite true......i'm not by any means suggesting that the lower body is not a big contribution, i'm just trying to didpel the myth that arm strength contribution is almost irrelevant compared to hips contribution.....fact is, both upper and lower body work together in terms of strength and technique.......
