I think what possibly could help would be to attach your bat to the OUTSIDE of your shoulder during launch and, as much as you can when you actually launch the swing. Over the course of time, you'll remove the bat from being connected to the shoulder but, before thast, I think you'll get the feeling and muscle memory, of having the hands and torso going back as a unit. There doesn't need to be a large amount of turn, just some. So, have them go back as a unit.
