A good training technique is to place a two-by-four behind your heels and hit off of a tee. This will prevent you from opening your front side, and it will develope muscle memory for game time. Lots of tee work will fix it...repetition, repetition, repetition. oh and maybe you should slow your swing down a bit and focus on hitting the ball. trying to swing to hard may cause your front side to fly open too.
