Hey Hitman,

I am new to this approach to hitting however I have seen this before.
This is usually a balance and or movement problem. If your ankle is rolling left your weight is moving left right over that ankle. If you were not drifting forward there'd be no momentum to carry over your front foot. It would seem you are moving your vertical axis forward and out of the box.
