I apologize for such a rookie question however I have been recently introduced to Jack's work and have been more familiar with Lau's approach. The language is different and I'm certain the approaches are similar to a great degree especially considering that great hitters like Bonds, Brett, ARod, etc... are cited by both schools of thought. I am totally into what I've read and seen from Jack so far. My primary question is can someone point out the specific primary differences in Batspeed v. Lau. Thanks for all your great input.

Hey, I resemble that remark. Just don't forget that many think you and CLauJr are different egos residing in the same body.
If you think about it, Joe A and CLauJr have never been seen in the same place at the same time, sort of like Clark Kent and Superman, or Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde. Curious.....
