rethinking from ground up

Posted by: MM (mmarasco@cinci.rr.com) on Sun May 19 14:19:24 2002

Over the years I've become a good contact hitter and developed some very poor habits. My thinking has deteriorated into seeing the hitting process as more of a hand/arm activity. I'm very impressed with what I've read here from Jack and some of the other posters.

My question is this are there any suggestions on how to develop an approach that is more ground up driven. feet, legs, hips, etc... (concepts, drills, whatever)?

Thanks,
MM
