Re: Bat Swing Speed Vs Moment of inertia

I am trying to find a graph or similar describing the relationship between the moment of inertia and the bat swing speed. Particularly I am trying to find a balance between the moment of inertia and bat speed which will result in the highest force exerted on the ball. This is to be used in the optimisation of a cricket bat, which currently does not have any restrictions on the moment of inertia... Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Cricket? sounds un-American to me
