It's hard to completely analyze a swing when you can't view it frame by frame. Usually I don't discuss clips from youtube or similar websites. Why discuss something when I can't do a complete analysis.

For 8 he is doing pretty good. From what I could see he appears to drop the hands and lead with the back elbow. He is getting to the plane of the ball by dropping the hands instead of using posture.
