Wrist Action, Torque, and Grip

Posted by: Carlos M. () on Tue May 7 08:36:41 2002

Is there any torque-related reason NOT to hold the knob of the bat in the palm of the bottom hand (to "lengthen" the bat and increase leverage)?

I don't see how this would negatively affect torque at all (because the top hand would still have a "normal" grip), but I could be wrong.

Gracias!
